The key is to look at your daily life and see what is causing the anxiety.  Once the triggers are identified you need to come up with a systematic approach to rid your life of the problems that are causing you the anxiety.  This may be as simple as talking to a friend or finding a hobby or exercising to take you mind off of the situation.  Whatever it is, you cannot sit and think about it, that will just make things worse.  You need to divert your attention to something else.

You can find help for panic attacks simply by understanding the common tasks that need to be done each day and prioritizing them.  Many people stress out over things that don't even have a deadline, and they rush to get them finished when there was no need.

Learn to put things in perspective and you will soon be feeling better, find things to keep your mind occupied.  Take up a hobby or go for a walk or run.  Exercise if one of the best forms of therapy.
